1. Disc – NO WARRANTY : No warranty if a single scratch is found. Please check the product at the time of purchase/delivery.
2. PlayStation Console – 30 DAYS WARRANTY: Covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure only.
3. Xbox Console – 30 DAYS WARRANTY : Covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure only.
4. Nintendo – 3 DAYS WARRANTY : Covers manufacturing defects only. Unboxing video is required showing the Serial Number.
5. VR Gaming – 3 DAYS WARRANTY : Covers headset/sensors manufacturing defects. Unboxing video is required showing the Serial Number.
6. Controller – 15 DAYS WARRANTYCovers : button/stick drift and connectivity issues. Physical damage is not covered.
7. Retro Games – 15 DAYS WARRANTY : Software warranty only. Covers cartridge/data read failure.
