Refund & Cancellation Policy – PSXGaming

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Before Shipping:
    You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Just contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
  • After Shipping:
    Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You can still request a return/replacement if the item is defective or damaged (see below).
  1. Returns & Replacements

We accept return/replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • The product is not working as promised upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Request must be put within 24 hours or recieving it for replacement or exchange
  • replacement/exchanged product will be delivered within 7 - 10 days

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, cables, and packaging intact.
  • Any physical damage caused by mishandling will not be covered.

To initiate a return, email us at psxgaming25@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and a short video showing the issue.

  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible (e.g. out of stock).
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or physical damage
  • Accessories purchased separately (unless defective on arrival)
  • Products without original box/accessories
