We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping:
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Just contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID. - After Shipping:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You can still request a return/replacement if the item is defective or damaged (see below).
- Returns & Replacements
We accept return/replacement requests only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The product is not working as promised upon delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- Request must be put within 24 hours or recieving it for replacement or exchange
- replacement/exchanged product will be delivered within 7 - 10 days
π¦ Return Conditions:
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, cables, and packaging intact.
- Any physical damage caused by mishandling will not be covered.
To initiate a return, email us at psxgaming25@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and a short video showing the issue.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible (e.g. out of stock).
- Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed and credited within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or physical damage
- Accessories purchased separately (unless defective on arrival)
- Products without original box/accessories
